Denmark's Leading Trainer in Norm-Critical Thinking

Rikke had been an activist for the LGBT+ community for more than a decade before she started Normværk in 2016. Since then, she has educated daycare workers as well as scientist and business professionals in the importance of a norm-critical approach. Elin is an anthropologist who specialises in gender, sexuality and social transformation. She has many years of international experience with norm-critical teaching and thinking, and is a competent researcher as well as an engaging educator and facilitator. In 2016 she received an award from the Swedish Sport Confederation for her equality initatives.

Sabrina has researched the implications of diversity (and lack thereof) for years, and has won the international World Public Speaking Championship in 2016 for her ability to capture an audience.
